Vest Fest 2019 - Regulament


1. VEST FEST 2019 va avea loc în perioada 24-27 octombrie 2019, la Complex Senator (Calea Lugojului, nr. 7, Timișoara).

2. Accesul se va face pe bază de bratară de festival, brătară se primește la intrarea principală în schimbul biletului achiziționat în presale, sau a biletului cumpărat la intare. Pierderea brătării duce la pierderea accesului în festival. Brățările deteriorate, rupte, rupte și lipite se consideră invalide.

3. La intrarea în festival se vor putea achiziționa doar bilete pentru o singură zi de festival.

4. Este permis accesul cu genți de damă sau ghiozdane, atâta timp cât dimsnsiunile sunt reduse. Ne rezervăm dreptul de a verifica conținutul bagajelor, fie prin staff-ul festivalului, fie prin personalul responsabil de security.

5. Este interzis accesul în festival cu oricare din următoarele: arme de orice natură, obiecte ascuțite, umbrele, substanțe interzise, băutură sau mâncare.

6. Accesul cu animale de companie este interzis! Având în vedere faptul că festivalul are loc într-un spațiu indoor aglomerat, considerăm că nu este benefic nici animalelor aduse și nici celorlalți participanți la festival.

7. Plata la acest festival se va face pe bază de token-uri, un token are valoarea de 8 lei. Schimbul banilor în token-uri se face la centrul nostru de schimb. Token-urile se pot rupe în două jumătăti, astfel fiecare jumătate va avea valoarea de 4 lei. Duminică între orele 03:00 și 06:00 puteți schimba token-urile rămase în bani.

8. În cadrul VEST FEST se vor comercializa băuturi alcoolice, non-alcoolice, mâncare, materiale promoționale și materiale ale artiștilor prezenți (dacă aceștia vor dori comercializarea).

9. Apreciem conduita decentă, lipsa interesului de a deranja ceilalți participanți și vă recomandăm cu tărie folosirea pubelelor de gunoi selectiv.

10. Fumatul în incinta spațiilor de concerte este strict interzis și atrage după sine eliminarea definitvă din festival!

11. Ne rezervăm dreptul să eliminăm din festival orice persoană în stare agravată de ebritate sau sub influența substanțelor interzise!

12. Dorim să realizăm un festival de bun-simț, iar pentru asta vă rugăm să respectați toate regulile mai sus menționate cât și regulile de bună conduită.


*Ne rezervăm dreptul de a opri din vânzare orice tip de bilet, în orice moment, în funcție de situația vanzărilor.

Vest Fest 2019 - Terms and conditions


1. VEST FEST 2019 will take place between 24th and 27th of October at Senator venue and more.

2. The access will be based on the festival bracelet, the bracelet is received at the main entrance in exchange for the ticket purchased in the presale, or the ticket bought at the entrance. Loss of bracement leads to loss of access to the festival.

3. Entrance tickets can only be purchased for one day of festival.

4. Access is permitted with lady bags and school bags, as long as the dimesions are low. We reserve the right to check the contents of the luggage by the festival staff or security company at the entrance to the festival area.

5. It is forbidden to access the festival with any of the following: weapons of any kind, sharp objects, umbrellas, prohibited substances and any type of drink or food.

6. Access with pets is forbidden! Considering the fact that the festival takes place in a crowded indoor space, we consider that it is not beneficial neither to the animals brought nor to the other participants in the festival.

7. Payment at this festival will be based on tokens, a token has the value of 8 lei. Money can be exchanged into tokens at our exchange center. Tokens can be broken into two halves, so each half will have a value of 4 lei. On Sunday between 03:00 and 06:00, you can change your remaining tokens.

8. In the festival area we sell: alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, T-shirts, but also food, as well as artists's merchandise.

9. We appreciate decent behavior, lack of interest in disturbing other participants, and strongly recommend the use of selective garbage bins.

10. Smoking on the indoor premises is strictly forbidden and can cause you definitive elimination from the festival!

11. We reserve the right to remove from the festival any person in advanced stage of ebriety or under the influence of prohibited substances!

12. We want to make a common sense festival, and for this, please respect all the above mentioned rules and rules of good conduct.


* We reserve the right to stop selling any tickets at any time, depending on the sales situation.
